Firstly, I’m not pretending this to be a top quality ramen. But frankly speaking, it ain’t bad either, especially bought at an offer package of $7 with a free cup of green tea, it’s considered a steal!
Noboru is offering the conventional Tonkotsu ramen, Miso ramen, Shoyu ramen, and Shio ramen from their menu, but unfortunately, during my visit, they ran out of bamboo shoot, not sure whether was it the result of Kai Kai & Jia Jia’s arrival?? LOL! I had a Miso Spicy Ramen, the broth was sweet, albeit too much MSG, and the charshu was soft and tender. My favourite was the egg, its sweet and moist york was a true delight! Other than that, nothing much special about the noodle. Overall, I find their modest ramen above average, despite minus the flamboyance of some fanciful outlets. And at least they were honest about their quantity, unlike certain ramen outlet selling cheaply but at the same time offering half their usual portion.
Although they are situated in a prime area, I find their usual price of $14 a little pricey, but nevertheless, their ramen was nice.
